Lori has harnessed customer insights for over 20 years. She works with world-class companies to build, grow, and launch iconic and enduring brands. A student of human behavior and decision making, Lori loves to get to the root of how people think, feel, and choose, and turn that into great ideas for her clients.
Her speciality is in the Pharma and Biotech industry (with additional emphasis on Oncology), but she has dug into a wide range of topics including sexual health, chocolate, lingerie, college textbooks, frozen vegan meals, cough syrup, and women's issues. As you can imagine, she rarely runs out of conversation topics at dinner.
Prior to launching Brand Maestro, Lori honed her craft at SymphonyIRI, Follett Higher Education Group, Maritz Research, and Clear, a division of M&C Saatchi worldwide.
She holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from DePauw University and has completed coursework at University of California at Berkeley and Georgetown University.
When not working, Lori is most likely doing something outside like hiking, cycling, skiing, or SCUBA diving.
